What Are You Running From is the closing song on my album. It’s pretty much me, having a conversation with myself. I mentioned at the beginning of the this experience that I began this journey in pain and darkness. I’m happy to say that this closing song represents the journey inwards – moving from head into heart. Staring in the mirror and loving what I see.
