RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed and sealed items within 30 days of purchase for domestic orders. Once you initiate your return, you will receive a return shipping label to place on your return package. $8.00 will be automatically deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping, unless there was an error on our end.

If you would prefer not to use our automatically generated shipping label, feel free to mail your return back on your own. This way, you will not be charged the $8.00 fee for return shipping. Mail to:

EXCHANGE POLICY

To exchange an item, place a new order for the replacement item and then return the original item via our return policy. $8.00 will be automatically deducted from your refund for cost of return shipping, unless there was an error on our end. You are also responsible for paying the shipping cost (calculated at checkout) for the replacement item(s) that you order.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email. If you do not respond within 2 weeks we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund the amount, less shipping.
